This presentation addressed the problem of information overload faced by students, faculty, and researchers in the sciences of food and health.

Although there are vast quantities of information available, it is often difficult to obtain useful and relevant information. These challenges have increased exponentially in recent years as the research community has become more global, publishing in many different languages and formats, rendering information often disparate, fragmented, and unstructured, especially at a global level.
